The Chancellor has told Sky News that the budget fixes what she says the Conservatives did while in office, saying: "As a result of what we've done, we're not going to have to come back and ever do a budget like this again because we've bought everything out into the open."

Labour's first budget since 2010 includes £40bn worth of tax rises and spending cuts across government - as well as promises to invest in infrastructure and support working people with higher wages.
