Leadership and purpose are inherently human. Personal leadership and purpose are both about you not your business. How you show up in the world, what you contribute is about you the person. Your business is just the vehicle through which you express your leadership. In the same vein, the sense of purpose you derive from how you live, and lead cannot be outsourced to your business. Your business may have a purpose statement, but it can only be you who brings this purpose to life.

To cultivate purpose and leadership from within there are three qualities that are foundational to both purpose and leadership, and they are all about you the person.
