Quick video on how to attach a foil balloon to a balloon garland… using the H-Tape method.
When adding a foil balloon to a balloon garland, I usually use clear packing tape and a 260 balloon, but I was out of tape and used painters tape instead. You can also use gaffers tape, but I find that the clear packing tape works the best!
