Ingredients
1/3 Egg nog
1/3 Heavy cream
2 Egg yolks
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/8 tsp cinnamon
2 Tsp vanilla extract or vanilla beans
2 Tsp rum or whiskey/ rum extract
3-4 Tbsp sugar ( a little more for topping)
Tips.
• When placing the sugar on top shake off any excess sugar.
• Don’t overheat your milk combination. Cook on low heat.
• Once you cook the sugar let the brûlée cool off for about 10-15 minutes before eating it.
