This fun kundalini yoga kriya works with 60 degree angles in various ways to bring the heart energy into a strong position in our psyche. The heart is the home of our soul - our 1st body - and its wisdom can guide us to our soul's destiny in this lifetime, so when we practice the heart and soul kundalini kriya, we invite the heart to be our guide in all that we do.
As with all kundalini yoga kriyas please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.
