• We have 169 active condominiums on the market, 38 of which are coming from the new construction buildings.
• In the last 14 days we've had 27 condos go pending and 25 sell.
• Continue keeping an eye on renters converting into buyers with rental rates increasing, as well as more investors purchasing.
