Time for the mobility part of week 8 in the shoulder surgery recovery program. Here is the 8 main and essentials mobility exercises that I am is inside week 8.
Week 8 - all movement based mobility is 2 sets x 10 reps / twice a day.
1️⃣ PA Abduction (standing)
2️⃣ PA Flexion (standing)
3️⃣ External Rotation (90 deg and)
4️⃣ AA Flexion
5️⃣ Flexion ER (90 deg)
6️⃣ External Rotation (pole)
7️⃣ Thoracic Extension (foam roller)
8️⃣ TP Post Cuff (standing)
