This is a subcostal diaphragmatic view, You will put the phase-array Probe in the subcostal anterior axillary line using the Liver as a good acoustic window to reach the Dom of diaphragm and then activate the M mode and assess the diaphragm movement visually and by the right side scale and you can measure excursion by freezing M mode, in this case RT side pleural effusion and consolidation is apparent and clarifying the diaphragmatic view
