This app gets the coordinates from the Ancpi.ro Romanian Map witch uses Argis coordonates in projectioon 31700 and transforms them in 4326 to be used as lat/long coordinates for googlemaps, googleEarth. Once the convertion is done the app also creates a kml file that can be used in googleEarth projects. The app is very fast, it connects straight to the ancpi servers and gets the requests, made for creating the zones on the argis map, then gets the coordinates and transforms them using epsg.io to 4326 whics is the standard projectioon used by most map applications.
