Ingredients:
4 oz coffee
2 oz Kahlua
½ oz Cointreau
½ oz Aged rum
Granulated sugar, for dipping the glass
Lemon wedge
2 large spoonful whipped cream
Ground nutmeg
Instructions:
Prepare the coffee and let it cool for a bit before moving on to the next step.
Create the homemade whipped cream, whipping it until it reaches a soft peak consistency.
Moisten a 1/2-inch section of the glass rim with a lemon wedge, then coat the outer part with sugar to form a 1/2-inch band.
Using a kitchen torch, carefully caramelize the sugar on the outer surface of the glass until it turns brown.
Combine the coffee, Kahlua, Cointreau, and rum, and give it a quick stir.
Delicately float the whipped cream on the surface using the back of a spoon. Enhance with grated chocolate or nutmeg as a garnish.
