My ENTIRE Redfin Lead Agent experience (MUST WATCH!!!) REDFIN lead agent role helped me become more confident with the service I offer. Redfin employed me to do what I love which is helping people . Becoming a Lead Agent allowed me to do just that. Redfin is great for new agents so if you plan on being in the business until you die it wont hurt to go through Redfin to establish yourself. Lead agents is not for the weak you have to be dedicated to assist because the work will be there. Redfin lead agent has taught me so much I'm happy to share my experience with Redfin.
