ingredients:
2 slices of bread
grated cheese (i used american cheese and mozzarella)
mayonnaise
campbells tomato soup (or make it at home)
milk or water
1. coat one side of the 2 slices of bread with mayonnaise.
2. in a large pan melt 1 ½ tablespoons of butter over medium heat
3. add 1 slice of bread, mayonnaise side down and top with shredded cheese (i used american cheese and mozzarella)
4. add the top slice, mayonnaise side up and cover the skillet with a lid. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until the bottom is golden, then flip and repeat on the other side. Remove the sandwiches from the skillet.
5. make the tomato soup like it says on the can.
