My exposure to Festool has been limited to an ETS 125 sander a few years ago, and a CT MIDI dust extractor in recent months. While expensive, the brand (and overall system) appeals to me in many ways and I decided to jump on this starter set which will be a perfect set for some of my organizational needs.
Overall, the set retails for $275 USD ($375 CAD), not cheap but it is an approximately 30% discount over buying all of the components on their own. To buy this limited availability set, please look up your local Festool dealer to see if they carry it - I purchased mine from Lee Valley in Canada, but it is available at a variety of retailers in multiple countries.
