Part One of the Shucks Maine Lobster Chef World Series Championship.
Join us as World Champion chefs come to Maine to learn about Maine Lobster! We travel to Stonington, Maine to take a Lobster boat ride, haul traps, and learn about the handling process; the next day we travel to Richmond, Maine to process our lobsters at Shucks' state-of--the-art high tech facility. Day Three concludes our trip as the chefs prepare the Maine Lobsters in a dish for a panel of four judges.
