In this tutorial I show how to make normal wood look like old rusted metal. This effect is especially interesting for the detail in the representation of rust. Every Halloween hobbyist knows the problem, you build your prop with wood, but it should look like rusted metal in the end. Here I show you 2 ways how this goal can be achieved. This involves working with paint, wood glue and coffee grain. As tools, a heat gun and the wire brush are used.
I show you from the beginning step by step how to build the rust effect.
