In this introductory episode, Clarke introduces the themes and ideas that he will explore in throughout the the series. He expounds on his categorisation of mysteries through a system of three kinds; similar to the famous "close encounter" categorisations used by many UFOlogists. Starring Arthur C. Clarke, narrated by Gordon Honeycombe.
