Unfortunately, Islam has been misinterpreted or taken from incorrect sources for many years in the United States and elsewhere. The distorted message caused some to go astray, follow their whims and desires, and propagate false and mistaken premises of the religion of Islam. Furthermore, we live at a time when deviant sects and scholars claim that they follow the Quran and the Prophetic Tradition (Sunnah). Yet, at the same time, their understanding of its interpretation is innovative (Bid‘ah). For this reason, Authentic Ilm Mission (AIM) will dedicate its mission to promote and propagate the interpretation of the Quran and the Prophetic Tradition (Sunnah) to what is known from the first three praised generations (as-Salaf us-Salihin) and those who adopted this understanding regarding beliefs, rituals, and character.
Our targets and mission are to spread the correct understanding of Islam, according to the authentic Sunnah, to the masses nationally and internationally. Our first of many conferences (InshaAllah) in Plainfield, New Jersey, will help bring lessons and guidelines from the Tales of the Scripture to light. Our team has put together a heavy and robust lineup of speakers for you to benefit from. We hope that we can, together as one Ummah, carry the legacy of Islam and cleanse the understanding of mankind regarding our beautiful Deen. We hope some or many of you can attend this unprecedented inaugural gathering.
