On Thursday, February 22nd we welcomed the 2024 Twendé cohort and celebrated the third annual Nashville Black Innovation and Entrepreneurship Day!

The evening featured a fireside chat featuring Dr. Lakisha Simmons, an award-winning speaker & CEO and Shani Dowell, an innovator in the EdTech space and Founder/CEO of Possip.

Emily Freitag from the Re:Generate Fund team shared its origin story and the importance in addressing the friends and family racial funding gap.
