Thank you for watching my best smoked pork belly recipe video. On this video, I took a pork belly and stuffed it with a homemade sausage stuffing. I seasoned this pork belly with a brand new pork rub from Yoder Smokers and it's already my favorite pork rub. The flavor of this stuffed pork belly was crazy good and something I recommend you try. The pork stuffing was seasoned using King Shallot, a super tasty rub from PS Seasoning along with some simple seasoning and dehydrated jalapenos. I smoked the pork belly on my brand new Yoder YS1500s and I'm loving this giant pellet smoker.
