After a visit to a farm stand in Clanton I fry up some of the squash that I got there. Clanton is a town that is in between Birmingham and Montgomery on Interstate 65. Although Durbin Farms where we stopped to get the squash is close to the interstate the town of Clanton is a bit down the road.
We ride through Downtown Clanton and see some of the town before we stop by the farm stand. Back in my kitchen, I will show you how to prepare the squash and how to cook it. It is really easy and very good fried with the onion. I also make some brats and onions for the meal.
