These keto fudgy brownies are the BEST recipe I've ever created! I have given them out to a bunch on non-keto friends, and they thought they were real brownies!!! Try them out for yourself and let me know what you think!
R E C I P E
2 avocados
1 cup (heaping) cocoa powder
3/4 cup coconut oil, softened
3/4 cup pyure ([ Ссылка ])
1/4 cup sunbutter, unsweetened (or nut butter)
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream or coconut cream
4 eggs
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup Lily's chocolate chips (optional)
Mix everything together (except for the chocolate chips) really well in a food processor. Add the Lily's chocolate chips, stir and pour into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes. LET COOL COMPLETELY BEFORE EATING. This last tip is MAJOR, as you will be disappointed in the brownies if you eat them while warm (they will taste like chocolate eggs). DO NO EAT until they are room temp! I like them the best the next day!
