The World Gymnaestrada is a world-wide, non-competitive event held every four years, attracting the largest number of active participants of any gymnastic event. Participation is for everybody, regardless of gender, age, race, religion, culture, ability or social standing.

As a composer and lyricist, I have learned that in order to let my creative process flow in a natural way I need to be aware of my surroundings, because stories are everywhere - in all parts of life. In the same way, when I was asked to create an anthem for the World Gymnaestrada I started imagining this huge event where a feeling of unity would be predominant. All these people from all over the world would get together to share and celebrate their passion for gymnastics. A passion which goes beyond any nationality, religion, race or gender. Together with my co-writer I wanted to create a feel-good song, focusing on inclusivity instead of diversity, with a brighter future for all human beings where love will have a chance to multiply and heal our souls.
