David Goldberger is best known for his role as lead counsel in the 1977 case National Socialist Party of America v. Village of Skokie, in which he defended the right of local Nazis to demonstrate in downtown Skokie, Illinois. He joins me to discuss that case, as well as the state of the First Amendment in today's America.
