In this Video we cover Tulare Lake. Once the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi River, that has all but disappeared. As Mentioned on Joe Rogan's Podcast, this lake was once massive, but due to human greed and over-irrigation, this lake is all dried up. It only comes back during exceptionally wet seasons, or from snowmelt from really heavy winters. North America used to have a huge waterbody known as Lake Corcoran located where present day California is. This lake mostly disappeared, but part of it actually remains present in the form of smaller lakes, like Tulare Lake that is mostly productive farmland.
