Ingredients:
3 Carrots
8-10 Garlic Cloves (Lehsun)
1 Teaspoon Red Chili (Lal Mirch) Powder
1 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
Salt
Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
Oil
Procedure:
1. Chop the carrots into lengthwise small pieces.
2. Crush garlic cloves, red chili powder and salt to make a coarse paste.
3. Add this paste into carrots and add dhana jeera powder. Mix well.
4. Heat some oil and make it warm. Add this oil to carrots and mix it.
5. Add coriander leaves and our Lasaniya Gajar is ready.
