Driving over a bridge where the river meets Lake McDonald in West Glacier National Park
Where do I start with Glacier National Park?
It was amazing. I'm not an outdoor person, but this may have changed me FOREVER! Everything about it, the trees, the mountains, the creeks, lakes and rivers! And we didn't even go all the way to the sun!
Next year we plan on at least 5 nights here, we'll hit up as many crevices of this park we can manage! I'm even going to try to learn hiking 😂
I am posting a few really beautiful videos, one 3 minutes an ensemble of pictures we took and one 21 minute video that is worth the watch!
They have a reservation system here. I'm not sure when it starts as I figured it out like 2 weeks before we left........I did find a way to get in...there are activities in the park, boat rides, rafting, bus tours etc that will get you into the park. Not that I'm trying to tell people how to skirt the system, but you know the Lake McDonald boat cruise was around $20 each. It's a nice hour long cruise around the lake, there are 4 other lake cruises you can take here. All get you INTO the park as well as on the excursion of choice. It was worth it in many ways.
After 4, anyone can go in.
We also got an America the beautiful pass, which gets you into over 2,000 national parks and more! It'a $80 for a year. I think we've gotten our moneys wort already.

Another OMG HOW HAVE I NEVER BEEN HERE place!! After Jackson Hole/Wilson, we head back to Vegas! A couple weeks ago I was ready to go back, but after the trips to Glacier and Yellowstone, I feel like I could stay for months.....next year!!
