Instagram Stories now has the option to auto caption and automatically subtitle any video.

To activate this, make sure to update your Instagram app. Once you do, jump into Instagram Stories and record a video. Whatever you say will be transcribed once you stop recording. You simply need to add a sticker called caption to your video. The caption sticker transcribers the audio and creates an editable subtitle file.

You can more the caption, change the style of it, change color, and even edit it. Once you are happy, post your video as you normally would.
And it's that easy to add auto-captions in Instagram Stories.
