The release of Photon Hypernova has provided the TCG with a powerful new Rank 8, Gigantic "Champion" Sargas. This card is a treasure to both the Therion and Springans archetype who value its easy accessibility and the consistency it enables. Coincidentally, the ability of the P.U.N.K. archetype to make Sargas has revitalized Therion P.U.N.K., a P.U.N.K. variant previously neutered with the loss of Halqifibrax and Chaos Ruler. Is this combination now a meta threat? Today, I tackle my take on Therion P.U.N.K. in March 2023. Remember that I am neither an esteemed nor perfect player - take my assertions with a grain of salt.
