I found a few misleading positive reviews for this game on Steam Deck. These reviews only showed early game tutorial locations from Act1, where you can only use basic starting skills and encounter low enemy density. Everything changes in the end game - FPS drops to 10-15 during intense combat, stutters, freezes, the game is COMPLETELY UNPLAYABLE on default settings. While it becomes PLAYABLE with the settings I demonstrate in my video(i also use cryoutils tweak), it still performs poorly. Although Steam's video compression makes the recording look smoother than actual gameplay, you can still notice the frame time spikes on graph and FPS drops to 10-20 during combat.
