A series of Pakistani airstrikes on the Barmal district of Paktika province in Afghanistan has left at least 15 people dead, including women and children, with the death toll expected to rise. The airstrikes, which occurred on the night of December 24, targeted seven villages, including Laman, where a family of five lost their lives. Local sources claim Pakistani jets were behind the bombings.
