Hi friends,
Today I have brought you Fish Mandi recipe. It's very easy and can be made quickly as compared to other biriyani or Mandi recipes and it tastes super delicious. My kids love this rice recipes very much. I hope you will enjoy this recipe and give it a try and let me know in comments 👇.
Here's the list of ingredients required :-
Marination of fish
• Tuna fish - 700gms ( Slice it over the bone and cut into small pieces) the remaining bone pieces with some flesh has to be used for fish stock
• Green chillies - 2 finely sliced
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
• Salt - 1 teaspoon
•Oil for frying
For garnishing
• Raisins - handful
• Onion - 1 medium finely sliced
• Ghee - 3 tablespoon
For Mandi
• Ghee - 4 tablespoons
•Bay leaf - 1 no.
• Green cardamon - 2 no.
• Cloves - 2 no
• Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
• Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
• Green chilli - 1 no. slit lengthwise
• Onion - 2 big sized finely sliced
• Salt - 2 teaspoon
• Mandi masala - 1 tablespoon heaped

• Tomatoes - 2 medium roughly chopped
• Lemon zest - 1/4 teaspoon
• Dried lemon powder - pinch
• Cinnamon powder - pinch
• Water - 1 & 1/2 cup
• Jeerakasala rice / Basmati rice - 1cup
• Charcoal - 2-3 small pieces + 1 clove + oil for smoky flavor of Mandi
