Citizens in a section of northeastern Nigeria have new security concerns following a series of suicide attacks. Police say four suicide bombers carried out the attacks in the city of Maiduguri, killing at least 17 people and wounding more than 20 others. Police say most of the victims were civilian militia manning security posts. VOA’s Vincent Makori reports.
