Today is Patch Tuesday, and that means that if you're running a supported version of Windows, you're getting an update today. On the Windows 10 side of things, that's still every version besides 1511, although some versions are only supported on specific SKUs.
If you're on Windows 10 version 1909 or 1903, you'll get the same update, which is KB4556799, and it brings the build number to 18363.836 or 18362.836, respectively. You can manually download it here, and these are the highlights:

As usual, you can install these updates manually, you can get them via Windows update, or they'll be installed automatically at some point.
Microsoft is not currently aware of any issues with this update.
