The Error code 63 indicates that the heater is not getting the required flow rate. It occurs when the flow rate drops below 1.3 GPM.
The following are some of the Causes of the Error:
• Clogged filters
• Air in the recirculation line

Now, let's look at the best solutions to Fix the Error:
Check the Flow Rate
Check if the heater is producing flow and record the flow rate. To do this:
• Use the temperature controller
• Press the UP key for approximately three seconds
• Then press the ON or OFF key
• The number that comes up is the heater's flow rate.
The water supply or income flow rate should be at least six gallons
Knowing the flow rate also helps you determine whether it aligns with the unit's specifications for optimal performance.
Check the inlet water pressure to, and ensure it is within thirty to fifty PSI.

Check the filters
First, ensure the bypass plug has been removed and the bypass filter installed.
Turn off the water supply to the unit and inspect the inlet water filter and the bypass filter. Check if they are clogged with debris. Clean out any debris or dirt you find on the filters.

Bleed the heater
Bleed out all the air trapped in the pump and system tank.
