About Lorraine
Lorraine is a member of the National Finance Leadership Team at Hays. She has worked within the qualified finance recruitment sector for over twenty years, initially building her career in the London market within professional services, fee earning positions.
Her career then moved to Australia in which was responsible for Senior and Executive Finance. On returning to the UK Lorraine has undertaken a national position within Senior Finance. This includes managing a number of customer relationships and has partnered with large accountancy firms championing ED&I within the recruitment process and taking a creative approach to attract unpresented individuals.
