This exercise is great for giving you the range of motion required to beautifully finish your swing. As you follow-through, your front leg goes into internal rotation but if you don't have the range, you will over-rotate with your back, often causing back pain. This exercise increases your hip internal rotation motion allowing you to get a full follow-through like you've never had before!
