Gulgule is a sweet pua made out of wheat flour and then fried in clarified butter or ghee. They are often made on festivals, pooja or simple as offering to God. These sweet Pua are quite famous around north India. They are simple yet rich in flavor. Made of just four ingredients they can be served as a dessert too.
