AS REQUESTED HERE'S ONE YOU CAN TRY TARA G ... ENERGY FOODS RAW EATS
Ingredients
1 large beet
2 cups spinach
1 cup soaked cashews
1 clove garlic
juice of 1/2 lime
1 teasp. salt
1 tbsp. water
1 teasp. dehydrated onion
1 teasp. nutritional yeast
1/4 teasp. white miso
toppings
pesto.......................................see the end of this video for link
grated cheese.........................see the end of this video for link
truffle oil
olive oil
Directions
using a mandoline slice your beat very thinly ( paper thin ) cover and put aside
add your drained cashews into a high powered blender
add the garlic and lime juice and salt. Blend till creamy
add 1 tbsp. water amd blend to get it creamier
now to get it creamier and cheesy, you can add the nutritional yeast, the dehydrated onions and the white miso
place your cream cheese filling into a bowl and add your finelly chopped spinach and fold it in.
with a small espresso spoon, place a small amount of cheese filling on one side of the ravioli
fold over and voila you have a ravioli
place your beet ravioli onto a plate, and drizzle some truffle oil, olive oil, some pesto and finally some grated cheese
