84 Squadron were called out more than 20 times to fight fires in Cyprus this summer.
It's been a particularly busy year for crews across the island.
During one weekend in August crews found themselves fighting dozens of fires at once, including one at Episkopi not far from the forces base.
The Squadron are always on standby to carry out water drops and say it's a role they're proud to have.
