Are YOU loading your film wrong into your Leica MP or newer Leica film camera that supports quick loading?

After making my Leica MP review video, I received messages and comments from many of you saying I wasn’t following the Leica manufacturers way of loading the Leica MP with film. So, I dove into the manual and made this video to show you the correct way to load 35mm film into your camera! Correct meaning the way Leica tells you how to do it.

When you load film this way, you take advantage of the great design and engineering of the Leica quick load system. The mechanics of the internal mechanisms assure your film is in alignment and on the take up sprockets every time.

Some of you might not think this is the only way to load the film, I get it, I was doing it my way for years, and it worked. Your existing way might work. But, I ask take a look at this way, and even try it and you’ll be amazed..
