✅ Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
2 potatoes
1 onion
Salt, pepper, chili powder
1 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp soy sauce
Dill (for garnish)
✅ Instructions:
•Boil water with a little salt.
•Slice the chicken breasts in the middle.
•Boil the chicken breasts for 10 minutes.
•Season the boiled chicken with salt, pepper, and chili powder.
•Fry both sides of the chicken until golden.
•Slice 2 potatoes and 1 onion.
•Remove the chicken from the pan and sauté the potatoes and onions.
•Add the chicken back and cook for another 5–7 minutes.
•Place the chicken and potatoes on a baking tray and cover with the prepared sauce (1 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp soy sauce).
•Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
•Garnish with dill and enjoy!
