This is our first ever battle of whetstones! Never before have you seen this. We face off with two kings. Two power houses of the industry. They go head to head in this 8K battle. Using two Moritaka 210 mm Gyutos, we are going to determine the winner. Each knife has been sharpened by myself, Greg Blythe. We use the Suehiro Debado 1000, Tojiro 4000, Arashima 6000. Neither knife had been stropped or deburred. All the work is done on the stones in front of your eyes. We present the tale of the tape and the differences become self evident. We have a winner.
