Sharing you another decadent chocolate treat that can be made not only in your OVEN but AIR FRYER TOO! And this is a very easy to do one-bowl FUDGY BROWNIES!
These brownies are so rich with chocolate, sweetened just right and have a very fudgy texture! I always have a problem before with making brownies, as it always becomes so cakey.. but with this recipe, it always comes out perfectly fudgy everytime.. either with OVEN or your AIR FRYER!
One of my concerns too with most of the brownies recipe is that it's very sweet. Most of the recipes calls for a huge amount of sugar.. and sugar is one of the important component in brownies that makes it fudgy as it tends to liquify in the batter.. So I made a lot of experiments with these brownies aiming to have a fudgy but not that sweet brownies.
And now I'm so glad to share to you the right ratio of ingredients to achieve that fudgy-not-so-sweet brownies which can also be perfectly baked in your AIR FRYER!
In addition, I love making recipes in small batches too as sometimes you would just want to satisfy your cravings and you only wanted to make a small amount just so you will not be tempted to eat a lot! haha!

INGREDIENTS:

3/4 choco chips 130g
1/3 cup butter room temp 72 g
1/4 cup dark brown sugar 46g
3 tbsp cocoa 12g
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla 3g
1 egg
1/2 cup flour 55g
IMPORTANT NOTE:
My baking pan size is 6.7 x 7.1 x 3.3 inches
This is an air fryer pan which can be bought online.
Some airfryers already have baking accessory.. but you can still use some small baking pans that can fit in your air fryer.
