A nurse anesthetist from National Taiwan University Hospital has become Taiwan’s first breakthrough infection among people who have received two doses of the Moderna vaccine. The case has caused anxiety among local residents and holidaymakers in the tourist destination of Hualien County after it was found that the woman visited over 20 scenic areas and popular shops during a three-day trip to the county.
