INGREDIENTS

Grated coconut ( തേങ്ങ ചിരകിയത് )- 3/4 Cup
Shallots ( ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി ) - 4 Nos
Cumin seeds ( ചെറിയ ജീരകം ) - 1/4 TSP
Green chilli ( പച്ചമുളക് ) - 3 Nos
Turmeric powder ( മഞ്ഞൾപൊടി ) - 1/4 TSP

Carrot ( കാരറ്റ് ) - 1/2 Cup
Raw plantain ( നേന്ത്രക്കായ് ) - 1/2 Cup
Potato ( ഉരുളക്കിഴങ്ങ് ) - 1/2 Cup
Drumstick (മുരിങ്ങക്കായ് ) - 1/2 Cup
Beans (പയർ ) - 1/2 Cup
Elephant foot yam ( ചേന ) - 1/2 Cup
Yellow cucumber ( വെള്ളരിയ്ക്ക) - 1/2 Cup
Pumpkin ( മത്തങ്ങ ) - 1/2 Cup

Curd ( തൈര് ) - 3 TBSP
Water ( വെള്ളം ) - 1/4 Cup + 2 TBSP
Curry leaves ( കറിവേപ്പില ) - 1+ 1 sprig
Coconut oil ( വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ ) - 2 1/2 TBSP
