If you are creating a lot of videos you are going to come accross with this trouble. For watever reason Adobe Premiere save some files even when you delete the proyect. This is the proper way to erase all those files that are eating your harddrive. Noticed that I have two drives and in the primary SSD I only have the programs, I'm just saying because probably you are doing the same and you haven't noticed that Premiere saves the files there.
