OnePlus declared they aren't implementing the 5T face unlock on the OP5. However you can get a similar result with Google Trusted Face. Look for the guide on XDA forum to remove the swipe-up and go straight to the home. It should work with every Android, and for sure also with non rooted phones (my OP5 isn't rooted). Of course it's slower than on the 5T but the "user experience" is very close.
