Two white lion cubs were born in Belgrade zoo three weeks ago.
White lions are a rare mutation of a species found in South Africa and some cultures consider them divine. There are only about 200 in the wild.
The two newborns, a male and a female yet to be named, are being bottle fed by zoo workers after they were rejected by their mother after birth. Belgrade Zoo worker Nadja Radovic said the cubs are thriving.
The new arrivals bring to 10 the number of white lion cubs in Belgrade zoo.
