Lot's of people have completed a Scorpion Shot at Lucy's Retired Surfers Bar & Grill at OWA in Foley, AL; but when all attention was on Joey Geffert of Bay City, TX, he had one thing to do before the drank the tequila with scorpion. He said he had to propose to his girlfriend Gayle. He got down on one knee and proposed, then stood on the chair and downed the scorpion shot. The couple plan to be married in Alabama.
