In this video we will show you how to install multilayer composite pipes (MLC pipes) with Industrial Blansol’s Multipex press-fitting system.

Multipex press-fitting system for multilayer aluminium pipes can be used with both PEX-AL-PEX and PERT-AL-PERT pipes.

Besides, it is a multiprofile press-fitting system since Multipex press-fittings are compatible with RF, U, H and TH profiles.

The assembly of multilayer composite pipes with Multipex press-fittings is very easy.

We start making a straight cut of the pipe. Then we have to calibrate the pipe and make a chamfer at the end of it to avoid that the O-rings of the fitting may be displaced.

Then we must only introduce the press-fitting in the pipe end ensuring that we have introduced the fitting up to the end. We will finally make the union with the tool which will stop automatically once the pressing process is finished.
